Mammoet Courses
The Training & Development Program (T&DP) of Mammoet arose from the demand of the field for a more uniform manner of working worldwide. In the many countries in which Mammoet is operational different legislation and standards often apply. Different legislation will always remain in force but by setting up internal Mammoet standards every employee, everywhere in the world, will know what is expected and what quality level he or she must adhere to. The ultimate objective is to increase the safety, healthy, environmental and quality level of all Mammoet employees worldwide. By giving uniform course to all personnel, ultimately all the personnel worldwide will be able to work at the same level. This level is termed the Mammoet Standard. Mammoet employees are tested for their theoretical knowledge and their practical skills. As soon as an employee satisfies the level as laid down in the Mammoet Standards then that employee is awarded a certificate. As well as the worldwide Mammoet standards the employee must also be qualified in accordance with the local legislation apply. Mammoet has it’s own e-learning system that’s approachable for all employees. This learning portal contains all the T&DP courses for field personnel, as well as courses for office personnel.
