Description

Just like all-terrain cranes, rough terrain (RT) cranes are cranes with a hydraulic expandable and often rotating boom. They are designed for pick-and-carry operations and for off-road and "rough terrain" applications. They are versatile and flexible as they can travel over the road independently and require limited or no assembly on site. Their load capacity ranges from 8 to 1,200 tons. Contrary to conventional hydraulic cranes, rough terrain cranes can move with a load in the hook. The Grove RT760E has a 55t lift capacity.
